Fairhaven Farm

Val Steinmann and Brent Klassen run Heartwood Farm and Cidery, a local, charming 42-acre ecological farm in Erin, where they live with their three boys. As innovators in regenerative agriculture, their farm showcases leading-edge techniques like permaculture design, managed grazing, endangered species protection and the conversion of annual monoculture cropping to biodiverse, perennial systems.
